TUTORIAL ON GET HELP

After finishing your payment to other participants, you can go to "Mavro" in your PO, and see your Mavro currency.

NOTE :
- You can see whole information in your Mavro table. All information are in this table, including all your bonuses.
- you can ask for get help if your Mavro green colour.

Here's your guidance on Get Help :
1. At main desktop of your PO click the main green button.

2. Select your account bank

3. Your available mavro to be withdrawn are listed in the next window.

Process to a next step, confirming your withdrawal.

4. Your request is done, wait for system to search for senders to you.

5. Confirming and time extension

After senders have been sent by system, you can :
- Confirm his/her payment. You can see a screenshot of sender's payment. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IF MONEY HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED.
- Extend time for sender if agreement between you and sender has been made. Conversation can be made in SMS or chatbox.
